All of these cabins feature accommodations for up to 8 guests with one private bedroom, a full bathroom, full kitchen, AC/heat, fire ring, grill, and picnic table. 

Our Cranberry Cottages are the perfect accommodation for families who need a lot of space during their stay. These luxury cabins sleep up to 8 and feature two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, and AC/heat. Outside, campers can enjoy a shaded porch with an eating area and a fire ring. Our Premium Back-In RV Sites are a great option for families with little kids looking to be close to the playgrounds and Water Zone.

Not only do we offer some of the best cabin rentals in New England and prime RV sites, but we also offer a dozen attractions included in the price of your stay! We just opened up a brand new Water Zone. This gigantic water park features a multi-level play structure with 170-foot long slides, a huge activity pool, water blasters and cannons, a splash pad, water basketball, and an option to rent a cabana for the day! If you like a more lowkey water attraction, Ben's Pond offers kayak rentals to relax on the water, or you can go fishing and catch bass, pickerel, perch, and sunfish. In addition to our water attractions, we offer mini golf, playgrounds, jumping pillows, sports courts, and more included in your stay!
