Carol – Retail & Service Manager
For Carol, being part of the Jellystone Park™ Cranberry Acres team is all about helping guests feel at home. As our Retail & Service Manager, she makes sure families have everything they need for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Now in her third year, Carol especially appreciates the quieter moments around the park, like taking in the view from Glamping Pod Hill overlooking Ben’s Pond on a clear, starry night. Her favorite themed weekend is “Blast from the Past,” where guests of all ages come together to relive favorite memories and create new ones. If she had a day to spend as a guest, she’d be relaxing poolside with her daughters. For Carol, it’s the simple moments and the families who experience them that make her role so rewarding.
Zac – Food & Beverage Manager
From pizza parties to quick bites between activities, Zac plays a big role in keeping the fun going at Jellystone Park™ Cranberry Acres. As our Food & Beverage Manager, he helps make sure guests stay fueled for a full day of adventure. Now celebrating his first year with the team, Zac loves working outdoors and being surrounded by nature, saying it brings out the best in everyone. One of his favorite memories is leading a pizza party dance with Boo Boo Bear™ that had the whole campground, including his own family, joining in. His favorite time of year is the Fourth of July, when the park comes alive with energy and patriotic spirit. For Zac, it’s all about creating fun, memorable moments, and making sure every guest leaves happy (and full).
Heather – Recreation & Activities Supervisor
If you’ve experienced the fun at Jellystone Park™ Cranberry Acres, chances are Heather had a hand in it. As the Recreation & Activities Supervisor, she’s right where the memories are made. Now in her second season, Heather loves creating moments that bring families together, especially during the fan-favorite “Hey, Hey, Hey" Rides, where guests dance, sing, and parade through the park alongside decorated golf carts. She enjoys the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to help families make lasting memories throughout their stay. One of her favorite parts of the job is building relationships with seasonals and returning campers, especially when kids come back excited to see her again. For Heather, it’s all about creating smiles, and she credits her amazing team for helping make it all happen.
